The pricing structure for the Roof Home Service Plan is as follows:

• $299 per year or $29.99 a month and get the 12th month free

* Monthly amounts must be paid by credit/debit card or automatic bank withdrawal. Warranty on repair parts and labor shall not exceed 364 days. Not valid with any other offers or discounts.

1. Inspections roof field and perimeter, penetrations, skylights, flashings, drains, gutter systems, downspouts, coping caps, lap seams, and T seams.
2. Removal of debris from the roof surface, gutters, leaders and drain sump areas.
3. Service of minor defects found at time of inspection at the roofing company’s discretion, but you are entitled to get up to 2 yearly free roof repairs for a size of 3x3 SF per repair.
4. Submittal of a written inspection report noting the type of roof, decking, and any deficiencies which may need to be addressed.

Any additional problems that occur during the period of the maintenance agreement which are necessitated due to the existing roof system having any leaks will be addressed in a preferential and timely manner, i.e., all repairs will receive top priority.

At the end of each inspection, we will re-evaluate the condition of the roof system and supply you with recommendations and budget numbers so you can organize and budget for the future.  Whether designing a new roof system, restoring, re-roofing or maintaining your present roof

After your roof is five years old, you should hire a professional to do a thorough annual inspection, especially if you live in an area with severe weather.
